Are you fully insured?
Yes! We are more than happy to provide that information to your venue if needed!
What is your deposit?
We have a $100 non-refundable deposit. In the case where we can not provide a service due to weather (inflatables), down equipment, or acts of god we will refund you fully.
Do you stay for the duration of the event?
That depends on what service you select. For example ALL of our photo booth services include 1-2 booth attendants that tend to the booth throughout the service time. Our inflatables we drop off and return for later.
When do you arrive for setup/leave?
On average we arrive an hour before service runtime. If your venue requires an early setup we can do so at an additional charge per an hour.
Inflatables are usually more than that to give you time to decorate them up if you want to. Once the run time or service has ended we pack up.
Will the Dancing on a Cloud effect set off fire alarms?
It will not! Our cloud is a special vapor cloud that hugs the floor. It does not rise and fill the room like a fog machine. That's what makes it so great for dancing on!
What conditions are best for the Dancing Under The Stars Effect?
Just like all lighting effects, the darker the room the better. We do try to work with your venue to have them turn down lights as best as we can. Any kind of lighting will take away from the effect specially if its bright spot lighting. Just like the the actual nights sky it is best viewed in the dark!
Inflatables
Can it be left overnight?
Due to the risk of staining we can not leave the White Bounce Castle overnight in the elements during certain times of the year. Plastic Paddy's Pub is a little more flexible.
What if it's going to rain?
Our inflatables are weather permitting. We study the forecast as we approach the day to make sure rain and/or wind conditions are ideal. We do reach out to you if we have to cancel. In the event that we have to cancel we will refund you the full amount including your deposit.
Can I decorate it?
White Bounce Castle: Yes! The front of the castle has loops and Velcro. You are welcome to use those to secure decorations to the bounce castle. You are not allowed to use tape or any kind of sharp objects like pins. That could damage the Bounce Castle. Additionally colored linens should be washed prior to attaching them to the Bounce Castle to ensure they do not discolor it.

Is it for adults and children?
White Bounce Castle: Both adults and children can enjoy this bounce castle! We usually recommend a max of 4 adults at a time. When children are using the bounce castle we strongly recommend adult supervision. The front of this castle is wide open so they can fall out.
Paddy's Plastic Pub: Clearly adults are going to appreciate this more than children but we are only providing the inflatable tent. So what you put inside it will determine if it is kid friendly on your end.
When do you deliver the inflatable?
A few days prior to your event we review our staff and schedule to determine drop off times that will meet your events needs. Once determined we will let you know so you can plan accordingly. We do like to go over some safety and use precautions with someone at setup.
